French 'Spider-man' scales the world's tallest, Burj Khalifa

French 'Spider-man' Alain Robert is known for climbing the world's tallest buildings. And if you haven't seen him perform his incredible talents before, be prepared for a jaw-dropping experience.

On March 28th, Alain scaled the 828m high Burj Khalifa building in Dubai with only the use of a harness and rope (which on most occasion, he doesn't seem to use either).

In 2009, Robert Alain climbed the Ariane building in France.
Notice how he just jumps out of the car and attaches himself to the building on his descent!

crazy crafts get a second chance

Crazy crafts: this owl-octopus hybrid necklace sold for $55 USD on Regretsy.com

If you like the unique, vintage, one-of-a-kind handmade crafts and jewellery on Etsy, you're going to love Regretsy--the crazy, fail blog of handcrafts.

Regretsy items are defined as regrettable creations. Most items that end up on Regretsy are Etsy crafts suggested by Regretsy users.

So if a Regretsy user thinks your treasured Etsy creation is a regrettable creation--is that such a bad thing?

Well, this could be a second chance for your craft to see the light of day again and rise to the top of conversation forums--and maybe, even maybe--your regrettable creation will find a buyer or repeat sales.

If anything, Regretsy is fun and addicting. The Regretsy book was published last year and is available online at Amazon.

The Shit Box works (and so does the marketing)

Wildly-successful, UK-based Brown Corporation has a "solid" reputation when it comes to savvy marketing and product development.

The Brown Corporation doesn't use smoke and mirrors to sell their line of Shit Box products; a simple brand backed by a clever sense of humour makes a hard-to-market product sell itself.

When it comes to marketing your own personal brand, sometimes an honest, lighthearted approach can break through bloated, corporate introductions. There aren't any rules that state you can't have fun with your brand. And don't be afraid to tell it like it is

More often, less is best. Remember the KISS mantra: Keep It Simple Stupid.
